Collections
Collections are permitted but customers are not allowed to enter the premises. The process to follow is as below
- When you arrive, please call the office on 0208 9040965
- Order can be taken and once paid we will send the order down to warehouse for picking.
- Once picked the customer will be given the goods.
- Please note that customers will have to wait until order is picked- it is not an instant service so please be patient.
Delivery
Delivery drivers will be requiring signatures for proof. Delivery is to front door/corridor/shop floor only.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IS GIVEN TO AVOID ANY DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR GOODS.
All Prices & Delivery Charges are excluding VAT @ 20%

UK Mainland: Additional charges to some areas of Scotland, Highlands & Islands may apply.
Returns
Box2pack must be notified of your return request within 48 hours of the delivery taking place.
All returns must be made by prior arrangement.
Please note for any items that have been ordered incorrectly and you opt for Box2Pack to collect your returns, a collection charge will be applied. This will vary depending on the items being returns.
All goods that are returned MUST be in original packaging as delivered to the customer.
All returns will be checked to insure they are fit for resale before a refund could be applied.
